A while back I made a decision to not post about my coworkes, just in case. This one I could not pass up.
We recently implemented a self serve, password reset, website. I am sure that most of you have seen something like this. When you setup the account, you answer five security questions. If you forget your password, you are asked to answer two of the five questions. We asked the usual stuff. Mother maiden name, where were you born, etc...
I got a ticket this morning. Reset password. Use forgot the answers to the security questions.
You would expect this from GraveKeeper's Nunavut customers. This person is a high-level data analysis.
