My brother gave me an iPad for Christmas. I recently bought a cover for it (basically this)
A friend is telling me that the iPad can overheat in this case -- that electronics in general will overheat in cases. She says she no longer uses her case.
For what it's worth, I don't expect to be running my iPad for hours on end. I have a desktop computer which is where I spend the bulk of my online time. The iPad will be used when I'm away from the house (I expect to use it mostly to download and read ebooks
)
So is this an actual problem? And if so, how can I mitigate the problem?
Thanks.
