I tried to uninstal Mcafee from my computer but there was an error and for some reason some components weren't removed and I think it's seriously slowing down my computer when i go online


Anyone know how to remove the last scraps of Mcafee from my system ?

Download a program called CCleaner.

Ok back to my train of thought.

CCleaner. Install it. Great and easy to use.
Once in, click on the Issues button. This cleans out your registry.
Do keep a backup of registry (it asks you) and clean it out.

Also clean out the temp files etc from your computer (the top left button).

After both of these are done, do a defrag of the hard drive and then reboot.
