My kitten Tessa is a monkey. Loves climbing the screen door, sitting on my shoulder, so on and so forth.

I finally captured some great photos of her in her favorite place last night.....

Just hanging out. Yes, this is the top of my bedroom door! She gets on top of all doors if she possibly can. Has even tried for the shower curtain in the past.

Why was she spending time up there last night?

To get the spider of course! Check out those claws.

But I can't neglect to show you how she gets up there - from the dresser (on the left) to the top of the door and beyond! And yes, that door swings freely so her ability to keep her balance as she lands is astounding.

Your little fuzzy is cute. I wish my kitties would attack bugs, like the huge frikken bee that was in my house yesterday...

In the claws picture, it's like "What now? I got the pimp hand now! Where's my baby powder?"
"Kill the fat guy first?! That's racist!" - my friend Ironside at a Belegarth practice after being "killed" first.

I belly dance with tall Goblins!

Heehee!!! So cute! I've always wondered how cats get up there. Mine don't get up on doors...though Stripes likes to get up on top of the entertainment center in the living room. He is the reason there are no longer any knicknacks up there. Though, there aren't really any doors in the house with furniture close enough for them to get up there, so who knows if he'd try it if there were.

Your pics remind me of this (one of my faves, cuz he could be me ):

Hehe, that and the gray stripes

My cats are Stars and Stripes because they came home on July 3 (well, Stripes was already Stripes, but Stars was originally named Mitsy). And they're 3 years old this month!! <sniff> They grow up so fast!

                My fuzzy

I have a cat...after 2 years of being kitty free. I finally decided to get another one, since I missed Bitty so much.

Here's Fuzzy. Her name is Miss Fuzzybutt Stinkybutt, but we just call her Fuzzy.

In my heart, in my soul, I'm a woman for rock & roll.
She's as fast as slugs on barbituates.

Are you sure she's not a Tribble?

LOL. She's not a Tribble, she's a very smart kitty who does hand-plops.
If I'm on the couch, and she sees my hand on the couch, she'll dive for the hand and just PLOP on top of it.

                    Not a Tribble, a Plopper.

My kitties love chasing bugs. In fact, you'd never believe that Moofie (and her late sister Neka) had been raised by people since before their eyes were open, by the way they stalk and chase any small creature that gets inside.

Thanks for the Fuzzball pics... I miss mine. My daughter took hers and I had to choose between the kitty I had had for less than a year and the old lady dog I have had for 13 years.

Funny thing though. I went to my daughters house the other day and she brought Fuzzbutt (really it's Henry Kissenger) down to me. He snuggled up inside my jacket, gave me kisses and ate the turkey that she brought me to give him. Best part for me was when he decided that he was not going to take the turkey from her but took one more piece from me.

My brother had a cat that loved to sit on the top of the front door. No other doors would do, just the front one.

The most interesting thing about that was that he would jump from the floor up onto the door. We never saw him do it, but he was up there all the time.
