At my mega tax chain, our personal return is free. The only catch is that we have to complete it off the clock.

Mine's a little different because I work at a bank. I get my checking and savings accounts with no monthly fee (which there normally isn't anyway unless you go below the minimum balance). Plus a free safe deposit box (normally $33 per year).

The closest thing I get to a discount at the library is sometimes I've had co-workers waive fines off my library card.

When I was at Macy's though, we got a 20% discount, but the catch was that you had to use your Macy's credit card to get it.

We get 25% off private brand stuff and 15% off everything else. There's a few exceptions but not much (dairy, alcohol, cigarettes). We also get employee appreciation days where we get 25% on everything about 4 times a year. And free flu shots.

Nothing! I get nothing, not even a food stamp with no money on it that would allow me to get a discount on the yearly fee for my Medical Maryjane card.

I do get ugly emergency blankets to carry around in my trunk, but they came from FEMA and are intended to be used for victims of sudden emergencies, not handed out willy-nilly to the homeless.

(I might be a goberment worker, but I still like sticking it to the man. Take that, FEMA! I just gave one of your blankets to a homeless guy! Ha HA!!)

No employee discount, but all the free fountain drinks and crappuccino you can drink while you're on the clock.
Also, a free piece of fruit every time you work.

Plus, we get a pretty spiffy bonus each December.

Hotel rooms all over the world for $35 to $55. The catch is the name of the hotel where you work is on your reservation. If you misbehave, your boss will get a call from the boss of the hotel where you're staying. The number of employees this simple principle seems to be lost on astounds me.

My discount on home phone, HS and TTV is 40 percent. However, I can't actually use it - long story - so my parents get that instead. :P

I do pay 15 dollars a month for my cell phone.

If I make it I can have it for free. I assemble fruit arrangements for a living. It's pretty sweet. I can have it delivered for free even. Plus our boss got us an awesome group discount to his gym so a bunch of us are joining, myself included!

When I was at Target, it was 10%, and you could only pay with cash or check...

OR the Redcard, and get the additional 5% that was the whole selling point.

No other cards were accepted, debit or credit.

30% off private label items, 20% off name brand. But the catch is, the items have to be regular price, if it's on sale or clearance, no discount.

That expands an extra 20% if I'm buying fresh fruit or veggies, or from the store's Organic brand. I tend to stack this with their coupon app so I do pretty well off of it.

What I consider a bonus is the peanut butter and bread that's constantly in the break room for anyone that wants or needs it.

I just wish people would put the jelly away. It's out constantly.
