I haven't been to work yet since, thank god for days off, but I'll be going in tomorrow to speak with our General Manager about the whole matter.

I will speak with the offending party and ask him not to touch me in the future unless given permission, and I also will tell our GM about the incident and ask him to watch the guy so that nothing happens to the other girls. This particular boy continues to spray the other cashiers who bring dishes back with the sink rinser, so I'll make sure to mention that and hopefully it will all work out.

I do think he was trying to be playful---he's a Kentucky-supplicated Pennsylvanian like me and I understand that he's a rather big boy who likes to wrassle and play around. But I will make myself very clear with him and try to be as polite as possible.

I'll post when there's news, if anything comes of it.

THANK YOU EVERYONE! I appreciate the input!

      Dont TELL the GM...

Sit down, make an appointment, FORMALIZE it....with a DOCUMENT from you about this incident....and go over the document with the GM.

NEVER VERBALIZE this stuff, it's too hard to PROVE later in life.

Please follow this, if you're following other advice.
