The only time i'll leave a cart outside the corral areas is if I have my 1 yr old with me... and even then I make sure to put it somewhere where it is not in the way of anything. If there is a corral close by, even better...I'll leave the kid in the cart and walk it over then carry him back to the truck.
That said, the only reason I don't walk to the corral if its further away is because Im hugely pregnant and can't carry Sir Fattypants (the 1yr old) for long. Please dont shoot me, Irv.
