    You don't have to know, there are two signs posted at that one intersection. One of the no-turn-on-red signs is posted right next to the light, and another is posted right at the stop line for the turn lane. Both are as legible as I've ever seen a sign be (Clean, bright white signs with black lettering, one word per line). The best thing you can think of the folks that honk are that they are unobservant drivers.

      I like to wave at these idiots. It says no turn on red, so I'm not turning on red. If they want to get all worked up and honk and let everybody see that they're impatient tools, that's their lookout.
