I miss it but man, the drama was way to heavy.
Drama Queen coming through! Where do you sign up for these things anyways? To be honest, I never knew this kinda job existed outside of private practice!

LOL well with friends like mine, you just sortof fall into it.

Houston might have it's own troupes out there. Look for burlesque (what we're into now) or alternative troupes in your area. Try talking to the more "underground" or even GLBT friendly bars.

What's really fun is wearing a tank that's spray adhesived onto your front with um, laced up needles in your back while maneuvering through a crowed room of 150 people. I swear everyone hit the exact same needle every single freeken time. *growls*
Today was going to be just one of those days...you know, full of zombies.

        Gnarly, thanks for the info.

Those needles sound a little... uncomfortable.

Oh, yeah, and this thread is useless without pics.

The fetish night in specific, is a general celebration of all things kinky. Just a I don't do it very regularly- if I could make it my only job I would *sigh*. A chance to wander around in your fetish wardrobe, spank a couple of people and get tied up by the man demonstrating rope bondage (you could buy his rope for £7.50). Some people were arranging assignations.

I wore http://www.artificeclothing.com/em/s...?idproduct=159 only with a short skirt in the vein of the red pictures. (and let me tell you, those sleeves were a nightmare, and no, that's not me in that).

I got this job by hanging out with the right people and modelling for a very softcore fetish website (girls in cool clothes tied up) called limited audience. I get £15 an hour for that.

I guess I got lucky, the local "alternative" club does a fetish night the last saturday of every month... it's so much fun, and my friends and I used to try to out-do each other with the costumes. I miss having a social life...

I did get GIVEN a riding crop for the evening, but half of them would have enjoyed it.
