I bet... they might be able to take a bit of a whipping, some chains and wax, and even the occasional poke in the eye... but I reckon they'd baulk at the SC's we'd get. Imagine tying them up and constantly assaulting them with "But I'm the customer, I want my refund! I demand to speak to your manager! I want it NOW!"
