Why? Because banks around here now charge a fee when you buy change from them, even if you have an account. None of the customers believe this. And will argue that I am lieing to them.

That's what I was wondering. Why was this thread even put on here if we aren't going to get the ending details of what transpired? Was the employee fired for telling off this old bag? Did the old bag hit the employee back with her cane or her purse? You can't just leave us hanging like that. We must know.

Actually, there's a way to get around this.
PM the stories to other people (like myself) and we'll disguise them properly with false names and the like. We'll just need to come up with a way to give credit where credit is due, if you even want it.
That way, it can't ever lead back to you if they want to trace, say, my identity.

Ouch to the nasty Corporate comments - I'm from Corp and I'm not here to spy, I'm here to contribute!

We're really not aallllll that bad, honest. I love my guys at store level and tend to get along with them really well. (well all except the odd psycho here and there - stories for later)...

Actually I must be in a great Company because we tend to shrug off what the store guys do online. There are some sites on facebook that completely slag off corp, the company, and even the OWNER, yet our VP of Ops who is a take no shit kind of guy (who even had me write a letter to a customer telling them that we obviously don't know how to satisfy them so go shop somewhere else - love this guy!) just shook his head and shrugged it off with a smirk...

I would LOVE to hear the rest of this story, though.
