actually with the whole not planning in advance... you would be amazed how often in the call center I would get people who would say "yeah, I just got into JFK, what do you have available for a one week stay"... now I could understand if they were looking for one night because of a cancelled flight or missed connection or whatnot, but a week... seriously, you didn't plan ahead for a WEEK STAY
