Any call center reps here who cannot stand those idiots who just right after a long explanation or even a simple, "i will be putting you on hold" and they just do not say a word. A simple verbal acknowledgement would be nice cause it would be stupid to be talking myself.
Or those customers who just finish speaking and before I could say a word, they just say "hello"
