True, but such paper is not available at a urinal, the man's more often used fixture.

and for donating clothes... my rules are that they should be stuff that's too small, too big, or just not your style. but ratty or dirty beyond cleaning?... those should only be donated to the trash can or cut up into cleaning rags. not given to the poor... they're poor, but they deserve better things than just trash

Very well stated! I do not understand why people think that worn out and broken/torn/unusable items cannot be thrown away. It must be a guilt feeling of some sort that makes them believe they are doing something good by giving those items away to "people who can use them".
