    thac0 is only complex to players. Actually reading the GM book and trying to make sense of it makes thac0 seem downright logical by comparison.

    I remember "Crispy"...Some NPC dude who nearly survived one such adventure intro. We even left him a tip...a gold coin flipped onto his forehead, which promptly melted into same. A legend was born.
