She'll be back... Your boss caved to her the first day and gave her a free meal. She knows that all she has to do now is keep being sucky until she finds the right combination and she'll get another freebie.

Warn you boss now. Make it clear that she's not only wasting food, money, and the workers' time, but that she's being abusive with her comments. She's a scam artist and she needs to be treated like one.

I'm betting she didn't leave any tips any of those times, did she? And the time she was with the group I bet she either convinced them to 1) not tip, 2) reduce their tip for her crappy service, or 3) at least let her out of having to leave a tip for her portion.

True enough. But it seems to me that after being turned down 3 times, it's time to give up on attempting to fleece the restaurant, and to find another one.

What's weird with her is she's not really getting anything out of this, except maybe enjoyment at making your lives hard. She sends the food back without touching it, then wants a refund; but by now she should realize she's not getting anything comped. She's only wasting her own time in the long run. There is just something...off about her.

And she sounds exactly like an SC where I work!

my pizza place had a customer almost like that. I was not employed there at the time but the story is legend.

A carry-out customer kept insisting that his pizza was "just not right" but could not describe "just not right". they made like 4 different pizzas until the MOD said "IF this one is not right, we will waste it and you can go somewhere else". the guy once more insisted it was "JUST NOT RIGHT" got his money back and he was banned.
