    Short but ... odd.

A woman returned a Toolbox today. Her reason?

    "It has a handle!"

I still don't know what to make of this one. She raised such a big stink about it. Who bought it for her?! She had a receipt and everything from yesterday apparently.
SC: "Are you new or something?"
Me: "Yes. Your planet is very backwards I hope you realize."

...she wants a toolbox...designed to carry heavy metal objects...WITHOUT a handle?! Seriously. Unless it was one of the awesome garage sized ones on wheels, I MUST have a handle. Even THEN, I'd still need one to move it to clean.

I have never seen one, but what I wonder is, if it is a metal tool box, the handle will probably be riveted on somehow. Why go back when you can just drill the rivets off and remove the handle in a minute?

I'd be willing to be this is little more than a case of buyers remorse and rather than be honest about what she was doing, this woman decided to come up with a stupid reason why she was returning the toolbox.

I've had customers tell me all sorts of BS when they do buyers remorse returns instead of "I just want a refund".

                              That sounds plausible .
