Is it even possible to buy a tool box without a handle?
If you get a great big tool box then maybe, but I've never seen one personally.

Next thing you know, she'll claim McDonalds made her burger wrong because they included the bun....

I think you can get a toolbox without the handle by buying a toolbox and not buying another one for 20 years. Eventually it'll fall off.

Maybe she wanted to pay Tetrus with real objects, and the handle got in the way.

When I worked at Home Depot's competition I had a "gentleman" return some lightbulbs because .....They were to bright!
I can understand that. The bulbs I've got in the bathroom and the kitchen would be way too bright in the living room.

Not sure I've ever seen one without one. I have four different tool boxes around the house, and all have handles.

...wait a minute. She wanted a toolbox without a handle?

I hope for the sake of the gene pool that she wants a car without brakes for her next purchase...

Toolbox - Handle = A... Box.... Should have sold her an empty cardboard box.

A woman returned a Toolbox today. Her reason?

                      "It has a handle!"
"What did you expect it to have, a magic wand that you could wave and say, 'locomotor toolbox'?! Sorry, we Muggles have to use handles."
I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.

                        She just couldn't handle it.

Oh my god, a handle? You sold a toolbox that had handles? Are you mad? Are you insane? Don't you know what that'll do to her poor, precious, 'professionally' done nails? Oh, what a wicked store you work for! Someone go warn Sonia Sotomayor! This needs to be stopped at once.

Of course, what really needs to be stopped at once, and possibly referred to a Supreme Court judge, is the customer.
Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.

You should have told her she had it upside down......................................

                              But.

                              I.

                              What?

                              This.

                              But.

Obviously you're talking about the bulbs and not the customer.
