Me: ok well only 2 of the bedrooms have TV's and unfortunately, I dont have any loaner TV's


Guest: no, no, no......that is unacceptable......had I known there werent TV's in every bedroom, I wouldnt have booked with you people

Me: were you told it had TV's in every bedroom?

Guest: no, I just assumed....every other place I stay, all the bedrooms had TV's....I had no reason to think this was any different. Now I want my TV's and I want them now

Me: we dont have any

Guest: well you better find a way to make it happen or you'll be hearing from my lawyer. Do you understand me, you son of a bitch?

I hung up


Guest: Dave, I dont like being hung up on. Now you've really made me angry. You get me my goddamn TV's or I will cut your fucking balls and feed them to you and I am not even kidding.

I hang up again and call security


She calls back


Guest: Dave, I dont think it was necessary to call the police on me. I was angry with you and rightfully so. It was righteous indignation. How dare you. I have never been so humiliated as when the cops showed up here. I felt like a criminal thanks to you.

Me: you threatned me with physical violence

Guest: oh grow up, Dave. Do you seriously think I'd do that? I was just frustrated because you hung up the phone on me for no good reason

She calls again ranting and raving but got a coworker who hung up om her. We finally blocked her calls.

So, even if the SC had really meant her threat and was able to carry thru with her threat, she'd still be in trouble with the law.

Oh, yeah, and she still wouldn't have those extra TVs.

After seeing many a story from Dave where he is forced to sit back and take abuse, it is nice to see this isn't always the case.

Let's see, this SC may hit all the lows an SC can stoop to: Assumes something without checking, complains when it doesn't match that expectation he didn't check regarding, demands it be fixed, continues to demand when told it is physically impossible, threatens legal action, is insulting, fails to get the hint when he is hung up on, calls back, makes a physical threat, gets hung up on again, calls back AFTER BEING VISITED BY SECURITY/POLICE, continues to be insulting, then harasses a co-worker after all that.

Can we get an official scoring on this one from the judges?
