OK guys its been a while and i feel like posting this now, it is long so please be aware of this fact!
I work for the government in a caretaker/attendant/security role (i wont say what i do exactly as very few people do this sort of thing)
In July this year i was in work on a lovely sunny Saturday morning, i had just buttered my toast and was sitting down watching the sun filter through the trees opposite me whilst i had my morning nibble. I notice a woman (small grey hair with an old lady trolly bag in tow) approaching the entrance and she hasent looked once at the pay hatch i am manning. As she walks straight in i open the door and call to her inform her that entry is not free and she needs to pay myself. She argues that she wants to pay afterwards, to which i countered that the rules are payment on entry and as such payment is needed before entry. After a few round of this she sticks her nose in the air goes "hmmmmmmph" and pushes her way into the gate. (which should have been locked until a release switch was hit...ovious another malfunction)
I walk to the gate and again call after her, to which i get a tirade of abuse and and lots of How dare you question me.....at this point she had placed her trolly bag on the floor next to her so she can stick her hand on her hips while shes screaching at me. I must admit it that it annoyed me that she was talking down to me like a toddler whos been caught in the act of doing something naughty, so at that point i took the 3 strides to close the distance between us, picked up her trolly bag and walked outside the gate and put it on the floor, she came rushing past me to her bag and at that point i noticed what had caused the problem with the gates lock and fixed it (took about 3 seconds) then walked back into the pay kiosk locking the door behind me.
The woman tryed to get back through the gate but as the lock was working her attempts failed, at which point she came to the hatch and started berating me for not being a human being and how i was going to regret this and other insults mixed in, this went on for around 5 minutes according to both her statement and my guess of how long it took.
A little while later my supervisor called round, he had heard of someone that i had beaten up an old lady and dragged her out of the place, to which i replyed nope got verbally abused by someone, but whats new....to which he was happy and on his way he went.
5 days later a cop car pulls up outside my work and the officer asks to be let in, at which point he arrests me because in his words "you went a little over the top and outside of bounds the other day)
I get to the station 30 miles away and request my solicitor, who took ages to get there. Before i have said anything to the officer about the matter they offer my solicitor "tell him to accept a caution and we can all go home" to which my solicitor rightly and politely told him to stick it.
End of part 1
