ugh, i too work for a giant coffee shop chain, and i HATE when people don't come for their drinks even after you've hollered it out. most of our regulars are pretty cool and will be like "hey lady your drink's up" in a very "get your shit and go" tone (luvs them!) if the person is just sitting there.

our regulars will also give these transient customers funky looks when they act stupid towards us; unfortunately, no regulars were around, so i had to settle for obscene names uttered underneath my growling.
