Yeah, I totally wonder what the hell those first two people were thinking (was the first woman at all attractive?). Related to the first story, I was in an acting group in high school and one of the places we would perform sometimes was the county juvinile detention center. There was once where one of my co-performers came in with us wearing a skirt and they would not let her perform because of that unless she was able to change her clothes (luckily for her another castmate had an extra pair of pants in her car).

Driving by the prison...umm, yeah, when we were kids my dad took us out past Attica state prison once. Lord knows why...
I've seen it since (a friend works there) and it's pretty scary-looking.When you start at zero, everything's progress.

...thats probably already been used but IDUNCARE.
Also, I imagined the lady in the first story as Joy Turner from My Name is Earl.

Quoth PCGameGuy View PostShe had the best cell phone CSR stories too. I miss those, but not enough to curse her to return to the call center.
For now, it's a job. It pays the bills, and I get to see some really messed up shit sometimes. But eventually I'll figure something else out. Or get published and wind up making the best-seller list, and not have to have a "real" job."You are loved" - Plaidman.

Grand Theft Asshat:
A locksmith I know told me this amusing story a couple years ago:
He was called out to the nearby medium security prison. Seems one of the guards locked the keys in the cab of the prison transport van. As it turns out, it was the only set. There were also two restrained prisoners locked up in the back awaiting transport, and no way to let them out until the keys were retrieved.
He does the unlock without a hitch, but as he's getting the duty captain to sign his invoice, the captain says to the transport driver:
"In this whole place, you couldn't find ONE guy who knows how to get into a locked car?"Aliterate : A person who is capable of reading but unwilling to do so.
