forgot to write in my last post that you are too honest for your own good PM :-)

you need to learn how to bluff and call their bluff. and to never tell a customer you lost the postage info

and also if anyone ever dares to tell you that you are a liar or dishonest you stand tall and tell them that insulting you and slandering/libeling you means they will NEVER be able to buy your quality items again. no arguments

Thanks Georgie I am a super honest person and forget that it is rare for anyone else to be sometimes. I just wanted to let them know that I messed up and did not have tracking for them so they would not be able to see where it was or the estimated date of delivery. The other two transactions went perfectly fine. Then this happened. And I was blocked from seeing her wall but I got a friend of mine to friend her. She told me that she was talking about pageants to someone on her wall and then her friend said "at least you got Bug those beautiful new dresses" this was a few minutes ago that I found this out and I had to come on here and post an update. So yeah, definitely got scammed and the idiot couldn't just take her free dress and other outfit and be done with it, she had to run her mouth and cause drama and try to make people feel sorry for her. But now it has been posted that we see on her wall that she got some new dresses in the mail a few days ago. And if she could barely afford them from me for the super cheap price I gave her how did she buy other ones from someone else as well?

I didn't even know a six-month old child could be in a pageant. Don't pageant girls have to walk around and dance and do things in addition to wearing something pretty? Can six-month-olds even walk? I guess I fail to see the point.

Sounds like she's used to pulling the "bawwww I'm a broke single teen mom, gimme stuff" card (not to say they all do that, but some do; this bitch is one of them). Sorry to hear you had to fall victim to her assholery. I hope her baby pukes in her hair.

sounds like she's a scam artist, she probably throws tanties like this with her mother to get her way and figures if she threw a big enough tantie with you, you'd give in and give her even MORE.

Good on you for sticking to your guns! What a cow! I also had no idea a 6 month old could do a pagent? I have a 5 1/2 month old son and he can't even sit up on his own unassisted for more than 30 seconds???? HOw are they meant to do their little "tricks" or whatever :S

Wow, I would be on the phone with a legal counselor and send a certified letter demanding the second dress back having proof she got them both. It turns into a principal thing so this little girl learns a lesson about real life rather than just getting back a dress. I pity her poor child.

at that age, I would presume that they just have to look pretty and the cuter the better.

a nice threatening letter might do the trick

                dear scammer

since we have proof that you have received both dresses and refuse to return the extra one i will be contacting my lawyer with regards to getting the second dress back and compensation. expect to hear from him soon.

i will also be contacting every dress maker within 200 miles of your home and explain your scam to them in case you ever decide to try it again.

you have now been blacklisted among local dressmakers so good luck in ever getting your child dressed for pageants again.

                kind regards

I have been to a pageant where there was a lady there with her baby that was only a few days old. I think I even heard something about she was induced so that she would be able to bring this baby to the pageant with her older daughter

Oh, several of us dressmakers have a private little forum where we talk about the horrible customers and scammers. She is on everyone's list now

And I took a screenshot of all our conversations, the one between me and her sister, the crap she pulled on the forum, and the post on her page about the dresses. Then uploaded them to where my other designer friends could see. I don't think she will be pulling that on anyone soon, or even getting another dress made. I am evil if you push my buttons. I learned from my psycho super EW SC mother how to mean when I want to be. Thank God I also learned not to be mean to cashiers and food service workers like her from my grandmother

Can you get the proof of delivery? I'm not sure what service you used to ship the dress but UPS and Fed Ex are good about showing the proof of delivery on their websites.

I hope you inform the scammer's sister and mother of what she did. It's possible they were in on it, but maybe not.
