      I think I've cracked it:
      She's built a basket but it's not shipped, & she can't work out why... The fact she's failed to complete the purchase by, y'know, paying has apparently failed to register on her radar!

        lol Nice attempt!

        The whole email sounds like she has had a conversation with someone or she has used a bad online translation site to say ranty things at us.

        If she ever emails back, I will update.

            No, unfortunately the stupid escaped into the world ... it belongs to everybody now
            EVE Online: 99% of the time you sit around waiting for something to happen, but that 1% of action is what hooks people like crack, you don't get interviewed by the BBC for a WoW raid.
