Did you put Jester in there? Haven't seen him post in quite a while.

I went bowling today. I walked out and it was hot enough for me to start sweating (87F/30.6C). On my half-hour drive home, east to the ocean, it quickly felt cooler and cooler as I had the windows down. By the time I got in my driveway, my car's thermometer read 64F(17.8C). Wtf!?

Temperatures hit the 80F range this week here in Northern Virginia.
And then my car's AC decided it didn't want to work properly.
This happened last summer, where it wasn't blowing cool air, but HEAT, even with the AC cranked up to MAX. Not fun. It seemed to go away when I took my car in for service.
Welp. It happened again. It's not exactly blowing heat, but it's not blowing cold air either. I managed to get it sort of working today after rolling down the windows for a bit on the toll road, and then flipped the air-flow from circulate to let in some outside air.
It's not fun when you get out of your car and the 80F+ weather outside is COOLER than inside.

*sigh* Winter weather advisory out for tonight into tomorrow here. Ice, and 1 to 4 inches of snow, and wind. Gotta just love "spring" in Iowa...not at all, actually.
ETA: Yes, Irv, that does just about sum it up. Thank you!

The icy ganache on the three inch cake of snow. Woot, THUNDERSLEET!
YUP that radar shot about sums it up when I looked outside at about 3am
This morning the trees had about 3/16 of an inch of ice on them. Scraping off my car was really fun this afternoon. mushy base with large ice balls in the middle and topping it off with a 1/4 inch of ice.
We were supposed to have rain and a LIGHT wintry mix with barely any accumulation last night.
We got 3 fucking inches.
And we just got raised to 6-10 inches tomorrow into Friday.
I am almost in tears as I write this.
I know we are under a flood watch for most of my area down to Food Lady's and Irv's area.
NO going to be fun for us up here either with more of the same rain, snow, sleet, freezing rain and more gusty winds in the forecast on Thursday and Friday.
Yeah it is going to be REAL fun driving on Friday at work.
DAMN IT I wan to get my roses out of the garage and growing. At least my Bleeding Hearts are just starting to sprout up while still covered.
Oh, I think under our freaking blizzard warning we have flood ones as well. The alarm at the dam (nearby) goes off multiple times a day.
So far, the storm started off several hours later than predicted, and they've since lowered us to 4-7 inches. That's still unacceptable for this time of year.
Well, all my moronic friends and coworkers who told me to "Stop complaining, it's Wisconsin!" and "Be glad we're getting snow, we won't have another drought this summer!".......yeah, all the major and minor rivers are at FLOOD STAGE now because of all this snow!
Are the weatherfolk humbled? Not at all. After all, it's so so very hard to know that this will happen. I mean, jumping gun, calling out winter storm warnings on Tuesday before the system was even close to our areas, posting something every hour on FB about it.......oh no, they don't feel stupid at all. They should.
But wait, but wait, smirk smirk smirk! It's not over yet! We may be out of the woods for day, escaping with barely any snow, but just you wait, there's more coming tonight and tomorrow!!!!!
The weather here in Pittsburgh has been pretty mild. Up until yesterday, it was in the 70s F. Today, it's about 50 and overcast. Sure, we've had some rain, but I'll take it over the fluffy white stuff
