Yeah, he's right. Women shouldn't use guns. Anyone who's seen Kill Bill can agree that we should have swords
I prefer a sword, myself. Now if I just figure out how Duncan MacLeod always hides his??? Hey, you over there, yes, you, get your mind out of the gutter! (Although, for some of us, that would be a step up.)
"Women shouldn't be allowed to have guns! What if they go all pre-menstrual or something?"
I actually have to agree with him. Women should not have guns. Only men should. I mean, after all, it's not as if men have caused and waged all the wars in the world's history, been responsible for 99% of the random public shooting rampages of innocent people, been the culprits of 99.99% of all serial killings in history, or perpetrated 99% of all drive-by shootings.
Remember, Napoleon Bonaparte, Adolf Hitler, Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, Josef Stalin, George Bush, Charles Whitman (University of Texas bell tower shootings), John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, Adam Berkowitz ("Son of Sam"), Dennis Rader ("BTK"), Gary Leon Ridgway (The Green River Killer), Jeffrey Dahmer, Timothy McVeigh, Henry Lee Lucas, Charles Manson, Theodore Kaczynski (The Unabomber), John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo (The Beltway Snipers), Genghis Khan, Kaiser Wilhelm II, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold (The Columbine High School massacre), Seung-Hui Cho (Virgina Tech University massacre), Idi Amin, Muammar Khaddafi, Fidel Castro, Augusto Pinochet, Ferdinand Marcos, Pol Pot, Benito Mussolini, Ed Gein, Peter Sutcliffe (the "Yorkshire Ripper"), Richard Ramirez (the "Nightstalker"), Angelo Buono and Kenneth Bianchi (the "Hillside Stranglers"), Juan Corona, Albert Fish, Harvey Glatman, Dr. H. H. Holmes, Leonard Lake, Charles Ng, Carl Panzram, Joel Rifkin, John Robinson (the "Internet Serial Killer"), Arthur Shawcross, Andrei Chikatilo (the "Rostov Ripper"), Gary Heidnick, Wayne Williams (Atlanta child murders), and the Taliban.....these people, who caused the deaths and suffering of so many people through wars, murders, torture, and brutal dictatorial regimes were ALL WOMEN! So naturally we can't trust women with guns, now can we?
Now, can someone hand me a crowbar? It seems I have my tongue firmly lodged in my cheek.
This isn't a political comment at all, the Second Amendment quite clearly states verbatim, "the right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms". I'm an American and it's my right to choose as an honest citizen whether to have a firearm of my choice or not. At the very least he shouldn't be objecting to armor truck guards having them, cuz you can bet any potential crooks will.
OK, I'm seeing a few examples here of people doing exactly what the OP said not to do, which is make this political. And preceeding a political statement with "This is not political" doesn't make it so. Please keep it on topic.
Sometimes life is altered.
Break from the ropes your hands are tied.
Uneasy with confrontation.
Won't turn out right. Can't turn out right
(First person to ruin my thread by making political comments about sexism or guns shall be smacked with a wet mackerel. )
Well, looks like we have some winners, Mike.
The "wet mackerel" will be swinging in the direction of the members who just couldn't resist a chance to go exactly where they were asked not to go.
(OK...so it's a frozen salmon...let's not split hairs. )
Too tired of living and too tired to end it. What a conundrum.
