We had customers complaining that we should have more registers open last Saturday. Let's see, it's a week and a half before Christmas, we have all 31 registers open, as well as all 4 at customer service, plus there are more cashiers than registers so some are helping bag items. There are still long lines because apparently there is nothing else to do in this hick town.

Now I know we're in the middle of the boonies and therefore might not have access to the best schools and libraries, but it isn't rocket science. If all the registers are open, we can't open any more. *headdesk*
