I have prior management experience, and caregiving experience. So naked people/shitty/pissy sheets and patience with the elderly are my forte. I can even change diapers, if need be. I have a working knowledge of narcotic medications. I feel that the last qualification would be best suited to your working enviroment.

If you are catering to Virginia City, you will mostly have older people. Most of the younger crowd doesn't have a lot of interest, at least not enough to stay a night. The shuttle is a good idea, but I worry about it in winter. Those areas get a lot of snow, and the roads that run to and from the city are very twisty/curvy roads, if I remember right. I'd also suggest and guided tour of the city, as well as free or discounted train rides for guests.

Laws are also most likely in place against building modern buildings there, your would probably have to renovate an existing place, and the most you could really hope for is a B&B-esque place. The majority of the buldings are historical, and have to maintain their original faces.

I love organizing and am trained as a manager, though for hospital medical records departments.... I can also speak Japanese and wouldn't mind running historical tours if you go into that direction!

Worked as a Cashier, a Phone Jockey (In Bound and Out Bound Sales (ie: TM), and now Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk. I also have an easy smile, and enjoy confusing co-workers by saying a bright, cheerful "Good Morning" when I come in at 11pm, and exactly the same thing the same way when co-workers come in in the morning.

That's with no caffeine.

Oh, and I tend to bring TREATS with me. Not so much homemade, but sugary treats should always be welcome.
