A fine art supply store. It's actually a lot of fun, I like it.

Currently at a call center for an orange cell phone company. But as my avatar shows, I have a plan for getting the hell out of here.

        Dogwelder? Awesome.

And as your user name shows, you read some of the same stuff that I do.

Good luck with your new career path!

        Heh heh heh. Bueno.

I work in a call center in ND on an account for cell phone activations, which means I deal almost exclusively with the sales reps who work in the stores. They are almost worst than dealing with customers sometimes. Can you say entitlement? I previously worked in directory assistance and was routinely cussed out by people who didn't know the right name of the listing they wanted and thought that I should be able to figure out what it was called if they told me "it starts which an 'A' I think". I worked in a bookstore before that.

I also work in a warehouse, but don't have to deal with customers at that job - yay!

At a Renaissance Faire/fair and the comments from most of the paying patrons are dumb, like "Are you people like the Amish? No we're not, this is just a show. is that sword real can i touch it? yes it's real. no you can't touch it it's sharp.where is the privy(restrooms) this is funny because i was in the front gate when they asked it and i said how badly do you need to go? Because in back of me was a sign saying privies. Patrons.

I've done retail and fast food. Now, I work for the government.

I own a company that does printing/copying, CD/DVD duplication, VHS Transfer, and electronic document archival (you could also call us a Service Bureau).
How would someone break into that field? This sounds like something i would enjoy.
